To have speed or to deny momentum that is the question?

The new card for review today in an Igyo Tenshin No Jutsu.  It's an action card and once again we have two useful abilities just like Kung Ku Training and Tag Along and decent stats being a 2/4 sadly though without a block.

First we have the enhance ability of the card which like Kung Ku Training is a speed pump, which isn't as high as KFT but doesn't cost you a card at the same time.  Basically is will be a plus 2-3 speed in most cases since the X factor is the attacks control.  However since this card does have Good we do have the possibility of seeing it used on cards such as Echoing Roar and Forsaken for plus 4 or 5 speed.  So over all I can see it being used especially in Chaos with an alternate way to push damage through besides Soul Power.  

Now the other ability is a Form, which has you discard momentum to have your opponent discard the same amount you do, plus 2. Now over all the card wont be the greatest ever since characters like rare Yun Seong and K' have been powered down.  But since this card has the all time king of momentum Chaos on it, I can see it being a counter card to decks that rely on momentum for powerful and multiple attacks since Chaos can generate a surplus of momentum.  So over all I can see Chaos decks using it as a sideboard card or might just main deck it to push through cards like Tsunami Saber and Moon Beam Slicer.
