What follows is my mostly evil MISER lockdowndeck I've had for a little while, plus a few recent additions, with new cards being released and old ones being up for trading and buying. So...

Obviously *MISER* is my starting character. I also have four of all of the following cards;

ATTACKS - 16
Akuma's Shoryureppa
Stardust Drop
Kazekiri
Chain Throw

FOUNDATIONS - 40
Higer Calibur
Soul Power
Shinobi Tradition
Bitter Rivals
The Red Lotus of the Sun
The Way of the Mightiest
Control the Present
Pieces of Eight
Oral Dead
Instant Success

ASSETS - 12
Secret Project
Ayame's Scarf
Olcadan's Mentoring

ACTIONS - 12
Rejection
Kung-Fu Training
Absurd Strength

Now I don't yet own all of these; I need to find a playset of Olcadan's Mentoring, but I thought it was worth including hereas it's going in as soon as I can get it (although Addes Syndicate would be a good alternative, if possible);I need another Kung-Fu Training (easy enough) and another Higher Calibur aswell (not so easy, but possible). Still, with what I currently own, MISER has had quite a good run, although I feel she needs a bit more power, as Way of the Mightiest is rarely enough on it's own and I barely get a chance to play Absurd Strength nowadays... anyway, this deck has successfully regularly beat the currentmetagame in my area with the inclusion of Ayame's Scarf and MISER's first ability, letting me foil Blood Runs True in two simultaneous strokes... lovely... one thing I noticed is that Ihaven't used Higher Calibur yet. The only reason I can think of is that I want to keep my lockdown in place, but then again I plan on using it against rush decks where having un-negatable enhances on my attack won't help them, and those are quite rare... also, I'm not sureif including Transference in here is a good idea (with Ayame's Scarf to keep me safe)...

I've owned that deck, and the clue is by moving into tri-symbol. Lose Red lotus, and Replace with Lesser of Many Evils, as the response negation is much more favored even against Addes.

Higher Calibur is wasted in that deck, the better lockdown is Blood Runs True or The Anti K' if you're poor. :D

There is one basic flaw with this deck and it is that the victory condition is to lock-down your opponent. This directly contravenes playing attacks, so lock-down goes hand-in-hand with mill. But I do think Kazekiri should be lost for another throw and if Akuma's Shoryureppa is in then find a way of making it unblockable: a mid attack is the easiest to fully block, Bitter Rivals should help this.

Research the new sets for control-check modification. I haven't explored this but exploiting Miser's negation could well be a possibility.

Good luck with the crushing of your opponents :D

ok miser should be run mill if your going to play miser, just play all foundations and contemplation, foundations such as false pretenses, pieces of eight, oral dead, instant success, chester's backing, revenant's calling, ect. will lock them down while you mill them out. Also miser's ability will help negate contemplation if your opponent gets them out. A version of miser mill out was used durring ECC (east coast championship) and made it to top 8 (if not top 4). Overall miser has better chances of winning by mill out then attacking.
