If you read my STG visit
report, you know that I got to play against Steve Horvath and his
brutal Yi Shan deck
off Good. What I couldn't say at the time was that Holding
Ground was one of the most important
all-purpose control cards in his deck. All I cany say is that it's a
ridiculously useful foundation, with a decent block and two awesome
effects - on a common!
Good asset hate is still
hard to come by these days in Block 2, but at least there is a really
solid card to be found in the new SNK set. Though it rolls a 2,
Gaishiki Lunar Rebellion is
powerful enough as an attack that the lack of a block and low speed
and mid zone aren't enough to dismiss it outright.

a Trainer provides quite a bit more for those more interested in card
effects then the color of under garments. Statistically solid and
relatively cheap WaT has a lot of potential for many decks.
