Jellie Dickman
Sandusky, Ohio
How fitting that Jellie hails from Ohio, because after talking with her she reminds me of Ohio's own Matt Kohl's. There wasn't too much too add except for the fact that Matt is highly competitive. Jellie remains very low key and doesn't take anything too seriously. She really reminds me of my friends from Australia. Still, an awesome interview.

Interview Kat Johnson
Phoenix, Arizona
Kat reminds me of any typical eager player to get into any CCG. She has the mentality of going into the game, focusing on her own game, and not caring about what her opponent is thinking. On top of that, even if she is in a big match environment like an AOP or a National event, she considers the match the same as if she was playing in her store. Finally, she will always ask for advice and possible play mistakes from her opponent after the match. That rocks. I love players who take that initiative.

Interview
Joy Jocelyn
Los Angeles, California
Joy
is a new player to UFS, which was made evident when she said the Dark Stalker
Characters scared her. But honestly, who wouldn't be sacred of them hehe. It
was great interviewing someone new to the game. It tells us more than interviews
with the veteran female UFS players. As
hard as it is to associate, I think she reminds me of one of my friends again
in my playgroup; John Barber (or JB).
When he first started playing UFS, he was nervous playing against
players like Vik and Tag. But he shortly
became one of the better players in our playgroup. One main reason for this is because he would
continually ask questions about our decks and playing ability. His knowledge has paid off. He has been Swiss
Champ at an AOP and had built one of the best Yun Seong decks I have played
against. So in short, new players out there should ask as many questions as you
can. It's a great way to advance your game.
