A great foundation that makes running a lot of 2 CC's, and even attack heavy decks more reliable. 
 
Also combine it with ***Rose*** choosing your opponent, so that whenever they play a card during your turn you can manipulate even more of their deck.

A lot of things I've seen is that most EVIL decks can control opponents CC's a lot, but have trouble when the opponent starts playing attacks for free. 
 
They may be able to blow up their own Lost Memories, but this can be of limited reliability. Plus this can stop Multiple abilities and character abilities such as *Taki*.

When this deck is working, and your playing against it, you can see it coming a mile off and theres nothing you can do about it.

The first ability is alright, but its the second ability which makes this card shine, as I'm sure most of you will agree. 
 
This foundation is a great way of getting around your opponent making you discarding your hand of blocks before they play attacks to finish you off.

A rather simple ability which produces awesome affects. 
 
If you run 4 of these and get them all out in play, then you never have too worry about committing any of your more important/control/game-winning foundations for the rest of the game!

Not a bad little card. 
Good symbols, low cost, when you play it you get a free foundation to use during the same turn, and and you ready a foundation when an attack deals damage, even if you get hit by your opponents reversals! 
 
Same about the CC of 3. Because of that it may not get played as often as it should.
