Firstly, great to see previews on UFScards finally... 
 
3 momentum is a bit harsh, though it IS destruction of all of their momentum... and speed. And its not even needed to be your attack. 
 
Use on opponent's partial block, and reversal with a ton of speed. woo.

But I give the article a 4. By Yun I suppose you meant Yun-Seong the soul calibut character, and not Yun? 
 
That second ability is going to hurt several decks, though of lot of momentum gain is NOT during combat phase (Next Level, Cocky), and the first can be a bit of a bother too (especially if I'm Ken:.:).

Solid 4s. There are a few other things this card nukes, than just material advantage, flowing gale hook... and the first effect is YET another card draw loop tech for Order (but that two check on top, check it, draw it, attack!).

Ok, everyone's going to say "but her hand size is only 6!" so what! 
 
Gain 5 momentum and score a hit with every attack! ... unless they have certain anti-discard for (defender of the empire need not apply).

Though Ryu's Ashura Senku seems a very scarey concept, and when one 'fights' it one is scared, I've found that setting up enough card drawing with Ryu to be challenging to pull off by turn 3. EVERYthing must lock into place, and there can't be any hand manipulating shennanigans on their side of the table. Manji Ninjitsu helps, but it also hurts (and makes playing everything afterwards that much tougher too). 
 
This WILL be a good addition to the theme, but I'm afraid I'm going to be at a loss to find enough Character Only cards to discard for this card's effect. RAS is one of them, obviously, but... what else?

Its got to do damage... 
 
On the plus side, its got Fire. Fire just got some foundation destruction. Need to pop a Lost Memories, Impetuous, or any other thing that annoys fire? Grim Roundhouse... well... anything but a Yoga Mastery. 
 
The breaker's an interesting twist. Block up a ready foundation, or give them +1 to their next diff... quasi similar, ain't they? 
 
SO again. Fire gets more 'control'. Woo!

Isn't there a card in SF04 that says "your next kick attack this turn is unblockable"?

Just thought I'd say it first. 
 
NO this card does not NEED you to have a foundation in your hand to add to staging area. It works regardless.
