very good and capable deck but to top the deck off i would add the following... 
-- Chester's Backing -- 
Foundation 4 difficulty 6 control check 
Promo - R commit: negates any ability on a foundation and you gain vitality equal to the foundation's difficulty. 
(wind/all/evil/water)(amazing stuff) 
i would play this in place of kabuki artist 
-- Olcadan's Mentoring -- 
Asset 0 diificulty 6 control check 
Promo - F commit: place any foundation from your opponent's discard pile into play and destroy one of their foundations. 
(infinity)(staple card in every deck competeing in nation tourn.) 
take out for cat's reflexes 
 
otherwise this deck could be very capable of being a deck that would get into top 8 in east coast or west coast championship. Considering both talim and the new ibuki came in top two for both east coast and west coast this deck would be weak. This deck for block 3 would be modified for fio (fio is now the most likely to be the strongest character for block 3)

ok two big obvious problems with this deck... 
A) to many of one copy of cards which makes it completely random 
B) concealed shallow swipes are offically banned so this deck is not legal for any tourn. play

ok miser should be run mill if your going to play miser, just play all foundations and contemplation, foundations such as false pretenses, pieces of eight, oral dead, instant success, chester's backing, revenant's calling, ect. will lock them down while you mill them out. Also miser's ability will help negate contemplation if your opponent gets them out. A version of miser mill out was used durring ECC (east coast championship) and made it to top 8 (if not top 4). Overall miser has better chances of winning by mill out then attacking.

the whole part about this ability is the fact that you just keep attacking and loading yourself up with cards. Then when you have more cards in hand the second ability adds damage instead of reduce damage... Gotta love those double negatives making it positive...

i suggest you just stick to the fire symbol (which im not sure if your running off of) I would also familiarize myself with some of the new set fire cards which are amazing 
 
Savage Fighter 
Foundation that gives your third attack +5 damage. 
 
Adoration 
Foundation that gives plus speed equal to the difficulty of a foundation your opponent controls 
 
Zessho Hoho 
Attack 3 speed mid 5 damage 
4 difficulty 3 check 
Gets plus speed equal to your momentum free of cost 
 
Nisho Kyaku 
Attack 4 speed high 5 damage 
5 difficulty 2 check 
Gets plus speed equal to the control check of a foundation you commit (basicly becoming a 9 speed 5 damage high). 
 
Zankosen 
Attack 2 speed mid 3 damage 
4 difficulty 2 check 
Basicly if you play a lot of blocks this attack gets beastie power behind it. 
E: reveal your hand. This attack gets +X damage. X equals the number of blocks revealed in your hand. 
 
All together though i reccommend if you want to play power go to where you buy cards and get two starter decks of Haohmaru and combine them with the best cards out of each and just slowly tweek it. Even though he runs off of order he gains massive damage bonuses on his attacks getting anywhere from +7 to +10 on each attack. His ability alone gives +4 damage, and his foundation personal style increases damage of attacks basicly by how many times you already attacked at the cost of commiting one foundation. My version of Haohmaru has about 47 blocks in the deck so he never lacks in defense just in speed, but if you get the open chance and they have no blocks he will own.

I would add these cards which can make your deck just a little more lethal. 
 
Fighting for Information 
3 Difficulty Foundation 4 check 
-- Basicly a copy of sakura's ability from the starter in the new set but with +2 difficulty. (nice for kunais to clear your card pool quickly). 
 
Windmill Waster 
4 Difficulty Attack 2 check 
Throw 
E Discard 2 momentum: If this attack is not blocked, add 1 copy of this card from your discard pile to your hand. 
-- Basicly an amazeing attack that combos up VERY well with kunai. 
 
The Don's Right Hand Man 
2 Difficulty Foundation 5 check 
R Commit, add one card from your hand to your card pool face down: After 1 of your attacks deals damage, add it to your hand. 
-- Basicly this is to be used immediately after your opponent partial blocks or takes damage and you get the attack back into your hand and the expense of a card in your hand you probably won't use.

all i have to say is WOW, i would make room for this in any deck that has it's resource symbol. Especially life with the way yun is at the moment (purely runs at insane speeds and high vitality gain when at high momentum). I think this card would also go VERY well with void nova in multiple decks...

that three momentum ditch is a bit harsh even for an effect that drops all momentum. There's stuff at this point that does better momentum ditching effects.
