The effect is stellar, as anyone can play any Seal and Red Gi is in just about everything that has its symbols these days. I would have loved a 3 check here, but you can't have everything on one attack.

The action loves it when you have a False Pretenses in play, and there are many, many attacks out there with less than stellar block modifiers. Holy Sweeper anyone? Breaker and an awesome ability on the foundation side might make it a new include as well.

At least it isn't in an element known for reversals. You don't even need cc hacks for it to be good, as I'll trade a foundation to completely negate any card any day. 
 
The only problem is there are plenty of ways to get around it, especially if your opponent just needs to pass one card to win.

If StG wanted to make spamming foundations for two turns perfectly viable, this attack rewards you immensely for doing so. It doesn't even take into account you can play two of these and still give +10 to each! 
 
However, remember it isn't a throw =P

It doesn't even need Multiple to be good, that's just icing on the cake. It gives promo Athena-like drawing power to anyone with All, Order or Void, and we all know that those elements are totally starving for draw power as it is =P
